DasNaturHaus  is pre-finished at the trimming centre, as a solid timber frame construction or as a solid timber frame wall. The individual components, such as the reed insulation, clay infill, clay plastering and windows etc, are built into the wall elements.

The brick element cellar, as well as the walls and roofing elements, are assembled onto the floor slab or foundations within a few days.

DasNaturHaus is built in a permeable for vapor diffusion manner, it is insulated with hemp or wood shavings (U=wall value of ca. 0,18 W/m²K), the annual basic energy consumption is about 35 kWh/m²K or 1,1 stacked cubic meter beech wood annually in a Passive house / solar house.

The stipulation standards required for a KFW- energy house, are hereby met.

The construction of a NaturHaus, acting on our instructions, is carried out by certified craftsmen. We complete and supply the required static calculations and the implementation plans.
